Driving through the suburb of Berowra Heights yesterday, and just about every house in some streets had a tarpaulin for a roof. Must have been one of the areas where the hailstones were 'size of golf balls' or bigger, the other week. There was a big 'Thank You SES' banner on the road back, marking the big effort clearly put in by the State Emergency Service.
