Candied beetroot $16
Roasted onion, coffee gel, dark chocolate snow, sheep's yoghurtLooked great on the menu. Looked great on the plate too. But gone in two mouthfuls, and taste sensations far too subtle for my palate!
The main course was a very tasty fish dish though. They acquitted themselves
well.
