We paid over $50 for this (admittedly attractive) little selection to turn up on our doorstep this morning. It is decidedly rather little though!
My Sydney. Still exploring the place after two decades here. Lots to see, lots to experience, lots to learn. And beyond Sydney, there's a whole world to explore too!

Covid countdown - Fagan Park
There's something to be said for this Covid-19 coronavirus lockdown thing. It focuses the mind very sharply on the various nearby parks, bushland, and other exercise places. You're allowed out for exercise, so why not make the most of it?
Some of the parks I've exercised around lately have been unusually busy. But Galston's Fagan Park today was wonderfully quiet.
We wandered around the northern part of the park this time, in particular the Australian Garden, the Chinese Garden, and the Japanese Garden. All very photogenic.

Covid countdown - Bobbin Head's crabs and fishes
Our daily legal 'exercise excursions' continue, some possibly more legal than others. (Hard to know really how an over-zealous police officer might choose to interpret the rules.)Today it was Bobbin Head, with its wide open picnic spaces and its cordoned-off benches and shelters. Ar least the national park is open. Some aren't.

We bought legal takeaway coffees, drank them (legally? - not sure) in the car, and did a legal exercise stroll along the marina boardwalk, with its hungry-for-tourist-food-scraps fish.
On then to the mangrove boardwalk for another stroll among the brightly coloured mangrove crabs.

Covid countdown - Stay home & keep your distance!
Except that we'd all go mad if we stayed home. That would be an even bigger health crisis.
The police are said to be patrolling beaches and chasing backpackers off them. There are even stories of people being fined for sitting on Melbourne park benches. But out in Sydney's suburbs I've never seen so many people out and about in the parks and back streets.
We're officially allowed to exercise, and there's an awful lot of exercise going on suddenly! We're all going to be so healthy!
